Vermiculite is a mineral consisting of aluminium-ferrous-magnesium-silicate,our vermiculite brick is mostly made of expanded vermiculite, and it is suitable for fire, heat and soud insulation.
The characteristics of our vermiculite board as follows:
1.Excellent quality and fine surface:
Our vermiculite boards are non-combustible. Their fireproof grade is grade A. To receive grade A, our testing standard is GB 8624-1997, it is equal to grade A1 of the German standard DIN4102.(It is as same as grade NC of the American, Grade 0 of the Britannic, grade M0 of the French and grade 1 of the Japanese).
They insulate heat and sound, are damp-proof, odorless,shock-proof and malodor-absorbing.
2.Environment-friendly:
They are harmless to the human body and the environment.According to tests, which have been carried out,our vermiculite boards don't contain any toxic chemical ingredients such as formaldehyde, benzene,toluene,xylene and asbestos.
3.Easy to use:They are easy to use.If required,We can cut to shape according to the customer's drawings. In addition to that you can easily move them because of their light density.
4.The use is wide: Vermiculite board for your Fireproofing, Soundproofing applications in fireplace lining ,furnace lining, stove lining, fire door, fireproof ceiling ,fireproof wall ,fireproof rolling shutters ,as cladding material of construction steel frame and also for heat insulation and preservation in boilers such as smelting boiler ,heating boiler and so on.
